Yes, for the sake of reassurance and necessary protection, Rey Home Care is covered by General Liability and Professional Liability insurance, and in addition, in accordance with the CDSS guidelines, an employee dishonesty bond has been obtained from a reputable company.

We use "phone" technology to monitor the arrival and departure times of our caregivers. We also provide all tasks and schedules through this method.

Yes, according to the records and observations that have been made, very good experiences have been gained in this field.

Based on personnel policies that have been approved by CDSS, caregivers are hired by the Human Resources Department after an interview, background check, and training if they are approved for eligibility.

Rey Home Care's managerial staff will answer your call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Yes, we require a 4-hour minimum to maintain caregiver quality and consistency. However, we strive to be flexible and offer various options to accommodate your needs.

Several factors influence the cost of home care services, including: Frequently: The number of days per week a caregiver is scheduled for services. Consistency: A regular, ongoing schedule that rarely, if ever, changes from week to week. Services may vary on a week-to-week basis. Length: Services can be long-term or used for short periods during transitional times. Level: The level of expertise required, and the type of care provided.
Our rates are as follows:
  • Hourly: $29-$35 per hour
  • Live-In: $350-$375 per day
  • Rise and Shine/Tuck-In Visit: $100 per visit

Yes, a refundable deposit equal to one-half month's service is made at the time service is established. When the service is discontinued, the deposit will be applied to any remaining balance for services rendered.

Yes, we are flexible and can adapt to your needs as they change. Major changes may require a reevaluation of the service plan.

Our caregivers provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). Duties can include but are not limited to:

Yes, we are a contracted VA provider for the Aide & Attendance, Homemaker, Spinal Cord, and Respite programs. We also accept LTC insurance.
